Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
