You’ll train in a cohort-based system led by Shelly Bean, with weekly modules, mentorship, and access to Windermere's 6,500+ agent network across 10 states. The program emphasizes structured training, lead generation, and ongoing support to help you launch your career.

Qualifications

• Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days).
• 15+ hours weekly training commitment.
• Must be going into real estate as a full-time agent.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
• Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program.
• Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business.
