As a full-time agent, you’ll benefit from onboarding coaching, transaction support, and access to high-quality client leads via the Orchard Max program.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Active Florida real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Close real estate transactions and manage client relationships from listing to closing.
• Utilize Orchard platform and marketing tools to generate and convert seller appointments.
• Collaborate with mentors and Market Manager for coaching and transaction support.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and market knowledge to deliver superior experiences.
