Qualifications

• Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
• Active and unrestricted AZ real estate license; located in Greater Phoenix area.
• Strong sales skills: handle objections, build rapport, align on expectations with customers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
• Ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.
• Drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.
