Qualificações

• Licensed real estate professional required.
• 3+ years' real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning-based, growth-minded and organized.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties.
• Represent sellers and buyers by negotiating offers effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties.
• Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings.
