Qualifications

• Must be LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently yet collaborate.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Professionally present, promote, and market properties to buyers and investors.
