What You'll Do

• Build and manage your client and referral business
• Prospect, follow up with leads, and set Buyer and Seller appointments
• Conduct listing and buyer presentations and property showings
• Advise clients on pricing, preparation, marketing, and strategy
• Negotiate offers and successfully manage transactions
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
• Leverage today's real estate technology, CRM, and marketing tools to grow your business
