Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work within dedicated therapy gyms in SNFs to help residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

The PTA role is PRN with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. We offer a supportive leadership, modern rehab gyms, and a positive culture in Florida.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
