Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time direct hire position offers a supportive rehab team, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow while helping patients regain independence.

We welcome new grads and experienced PTAs. Expect competitive pay (≈ $48-55/hr) with full benefits, PTO and licensure assistance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
• Promote patient independence and mobility
