Relient Health seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Alameda, CA. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a supportive team and growth opportunities in a patient-centered rehab setting.

You will deliver therapy under a licensed PT, help create and execute treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPS and nursing staff to promote patient independence. New grads welcome; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Document patient progress using EMR systems
