Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a SNF/long-term care setting. This full-time role requires a current PTA license and a commitment to high-quality patient care within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements; ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
