Job summary

Life Care Center of West Bridgewater is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct rehab services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a post-acute care setting. The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, active licensure, and CPR certification at start or during orientation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (ASPT).
• New grads welcome to apply while license is active.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician-referred PT plans under supervising PT.
• Document patient progress and chart timely.
• Interact with patients and families to plan for needs.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
