Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for their Browns Valley, MN center. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

The role requires an associate degree and an unencumbered PTA license in the state. Preference is given to candidates with 1 year of PTA experience and a commitment to patient education and home exercise program guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
