Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Pasco, WA. This full-time Direct Hire position offers a supportive rehab team, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills.

You will work under a licensed PT, contribute to individualized treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and help patients regain independence. New grads welcome; competitive pay and full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• WA license current or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads welcome; both entry and experienced PTAs considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
