Job summary

Relient Health seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Longview, WA. This full-time position offers a direct hire/permanent placement with a supportive team and benefits.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, help develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress using EMR. Collaboration with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff drives patient independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current WA license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
