Life Care Center of North Glendale seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehabilitation care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program and is licensed/registered in the state, with CPR certification valid during employment.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed/registered as a PTA in the applicable state and maintain active status.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must stay current.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.
• Liaises with patients, families, and support departments to plan patient needs.
