Job summary

Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Gastonia, NC is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time day shift in a long-term care setting. You will work under the Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one and group therapy and support residents on their rehabilitation goals.

The role requires PTA licensure, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.

• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Communicate with therapy team, nursing, and families.
• Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives.
