Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at The Pavilion Health Center in Charlotte, NC. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and provide rehab therapy with progressive modalities to address a range of conditions in a SNF setting.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state where the SNF operates, with prior rehab SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans for patients and families.
