Valley Health in Virginia is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. Under supervision of a licensed therapist, you will provide skilled, therapist-guided interventions to improve safety and independence during rehabilitation.

You will document in an electronic record, participate in an interdisciplinary care approach, and help ensure timely progression of patient care. New hires may qualify for relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required; CNA or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
