Qualifications

• Minimum two years of clinical experience (4,160 hours) is required.
• Physical Therapy licensed or eligible in the state of assignment is required.
• BLS Certification must be obtained prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care.
• Supervise care provided by assistants.
