San Diego Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Staff Physical Therapy Assistant to work on-site in El Cajon, CA. You will treat patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and assist in maintaining department operations.

The role requires proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care, ability to read procedures, and effective communication with the health team. Training and patient care conferences are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proficient in computer skills including Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read technical procedures and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
• Participate in patient care conferences and staff trainings.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team members.
• Assist nursing with training of Restorative Aides.
