Job summary

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital to deliver established therapy plans to geropsychiatric patients. You will work under a licensed therapist to implement interventions and document care in line with state standards.

Requirements include PTA graduation from an accredited program and Virginia licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA associate degree program.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia as a Physical Therapy Assistant without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional therapy services to geropsychiatric patients.
• Deliver established therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed therapist.
