Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Illinois. The role offers competitive pay between $25.00 and $32.00 per hour and opportunities for professional growth.

You’ll provide PT assistance under a licensed PT, support patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• AS degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
