Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to contribute to high-quality rehabilitation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
