Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. Compensation is $32.00–$38.00 per hour.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under licensed PT supervision, help identify patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, and maintain regulatory documentation while ensuring physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current PTA license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
