Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team supporting SNF and long-term care settings. You will deliver physical therapy under a licensed PT, help select patients for therapy, and work with multidisciplinary staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and keep up-to-date all physician orders.
