Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $34 to $40 per hour and the position is part-time.

This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical education support, and professional growth, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the Enhance Therapies family.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
