Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our team in Wisconsin. The role provides PT-led therapy in SNF/long-term care with competitive pay and strong clinical education support.

Qualificações

• PA/PTA license required to apply.
• APTA-accredited PTA program completion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
