Job summary

HTS is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Demotte, Indiana. The PTA will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans across long-term care and outpatient settings.

A consistent part-time schedule of up to 30 hours per week or a full-time schedule of 30–40 hours per week is available, with full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana PTA license or eligibility to earn licensure.
• Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited PTA program.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Treat a variety of patients from long-term care to outpatient across all ages.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs.
