Concordia Lutheran Ministries invites licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our Rehabilitative team at Concordia at Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Pennsylvania.

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life.
• Submits timely and accurate documentation.
