Uniontown Nursing and Rehab in Uniontown, PA is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The COTA will work with Occupational Therapists to deliver individualized care, help residents regain independence, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, resident-focused care.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments per individualized plans of care.
• Help residents improve independence in ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Implement creative therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to supervising OT.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other care team members.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation using Net Health.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
