Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join the Rehab team at Concordia at Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities to support skilled nursing residents and short-term rehab patients.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, provide therapy services to restore function, improve mobility and independence, and document care promptly. New graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life
• Submits timely and accurate documentation.
