Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic in Whittier, CA. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain, with a focus on personalized patient care.

The role offers a salary range of $85,000–$120,000 annually with incentives up to $32,000, full-time or part-time options, comprehensive benefits, and professional development resources.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
