California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in Torrance, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedics clinic. You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT; teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, goals and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with various therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
