Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic. You will assess, treat, and guide patients to regain mobility and manage pain using evidence-based therapies in a collaborative team.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $85,000 to $115,000 plus incentives, full benefits, 3 weeks vacation, retirement plans, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient documentation/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities, limitations and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Delegate and utilize PTA as applicable.
• Support a collaborative culture aligned with service vision.
