Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide high-quality care, promote function, and support independence in a friendly, respectful, and collaborative environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of $58–$60 and opportunities to work with a compassionate team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. MA licensure is required and prior experience in a rehabilitation setting is valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field.
• Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal function and independence.
• Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as needed.
• Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
