Job summary

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on conducting evaluations, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and delivering treatment sessions to promote function and independence.

You will work closely with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for residents. Candidates must hold a Massachusetts PT license and demonstrate strong communication skills,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
