Preferred Therapy Solutions in Springfield, MA, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT). The role splits time between Loomis Lakeside sub-acute/SNF rehab and a senior living community with inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible to practice in the state.
• Experience in sub-acute / skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel and electronic documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing and senior living settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff as part of a team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and demonstrate attention to detail.

Full Time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is now available in our Springfield, MA location. The ideal candidate will split their time between a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department (Loomis Lakeside) and a Senior Living Community offering both inpatient & outpatient (Reeds Landing) in the same location. Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing is a beautiful facility with a fantastic rehab director and rehab team!

Job Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $50.00
