Qualifications

• Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland.
• Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority across jurisdictions.
• Clinical experience across lifespan welcomed (child to elder care).

Responsibilities

• Assessment and diagnosis — conduct psychological evaluations and develop diagnostic impressions.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to clients' needs.
• Create and monitor treatment plans and goals with clients.
• Manage client safety concerns following laws and standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and communications.
