Job summary

Allina Health in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Behavioral Services Analyst to support community clients with brain injury or behavioral disorders. You will implement positive support plans, train caregivers, and coordinate data collection to improve client outcomes.

This role is 0.75 FTE for day shifts, working in patients’ homes and community locations, with mileage and cell phone reimbursement eligibility. A Bachelor’s in Social Services is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Service Discipline required.
• 2+ years experience with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors and co-occurring mental health or neurocognitive disorders.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required; MN and WI residents must obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral programming and behavior management services to community clients as assigned.
• Oversee implementation of person-centered, positive support plan and assess adequacy.
• Train and direct paid and unpaid caregivers who implement the plan.
• Provide feedback to and coordinate with the waiver behavior professional.
• Design data collection methodology and train to collect data.
• Observe client behaviors in the community and provide coaching.
• Maintain communication and documentation; update progress and plan status.
• Orient client to Service Handbook and Privacy practices; obtain consent signatures.
• Schedule appointments and enter charges in the electronic health record.
