Passages Malibu in Malibu, California seeks a Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team. This full-time role focuses on helping individuals navigate substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns, supporting recovery through evidence-based therapy and personalized care.

You will deliver individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create lasting change in a 24/7 inpatient facility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology required.
• Current, valid California license in good standing as a Licensed Psychologist.
• Current, valid California Driver License with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify client needs and treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up plans based on client goals.
• Provide clinical interventions and support aligned with client needs and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to implement comprehensive plans.
• Support clients in developing insight, coping strategies, and recovery tools.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide clinical support as needed.
• Reassess clients and adjust plans based on progress and changing needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per policy.
