Passages Malibu is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to shape its online presence. You’ll craft content, plan campaigns, and collaborate with influencers and podcast hosts to promote recovery programs.

We are looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in how Passages is represented online by creating content, developing campaigns, working with influencers and content creators, and coordinating podcast appearances.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms
• Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media
• Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences when appropriate, and track performance through analytics
• Coordinate podcast appearances and media opportunities for the CEO/Co-Founder
• Work with the Company's PR agency, podcast hosts and production teams to coordinate appearances and obtain promotional content
• Identify and coordinate relationships with influencers and content creators, including scheduling and managing visits to Passages
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories and opportunities for engaging content
• Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices
• Ensure content is consistent with Passages' brand, privacy requirements, HIPAA regulations, and ethical healthcare marketing practices

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content, including photography, graphics, video, and written content
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and current digital trends
• Experience with photo, graphic design, and video editing software
• Experience with influencer partnerships, podcast promotions and media relations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• Experience managing social media for business, healthcare organization, agency, or similar organizations
