About the Position

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Cornelius, NC.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in North Carolina:

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in North Carolina.

Compensation

Up to $127,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support)
• Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors
• Self‑guided determination to complete your notes within 24 hours
