Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology from an accredited program is required.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience conducting psychological evaluations, preferably with ASD populations.
• 2+ years direct experience with autism diagnostic tools is required.
• Active LP credential in North Carolina is required.
• Experience working in pediatric or developmental disability settings is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to clinic locations (approximately 25% travel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ASD diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and observational measures for ASD evaluations.
• Write detailed, clinically sound evaluation reports meeting professional standards.
• Deliver evaluation findings and recommendations to families and providers.
• Collaborate with BCBA, RBTs, intake, and KBH team for smooth transitions to ABA services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per KBH policies.
