Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking a licensed mental health professional or psychologist to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The role includes individual, group therapy, and participation on a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, MFT, Social Work or related field.
• Fully licensed in state as a Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar.
• Current CPR card or obtain within 30 days of hire (ARC or AHA).
• National Provider Identification Number (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of co-occurring mental health needs of patients.
• Deliver therapy including group therapy.
• Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform crisis intervention when needed.
• Supervise unlicensed mental health staff.
• Engage in ongoing care planning for patients.
