Qualifications

  • Current and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
  • Experience providing clinical mental health services in outpatient, community, private practice, or similar setting
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation, confidentiality standards, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care

  • Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care
  • Complete risk assessments and respond appropriately to safety concerns
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practice at all times
  • Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development as required

Position Overview
