Sutherland is hiring Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agents (P&C) for a full-time role in Dallas. The position involves handling inbound calls and proactive follow-ups, gathering information for quotes, and guiding customers through the sales process.

A strong focus on customer relations and clear communication is required for success. The company provides licensing support, a competitive $20 hourly wage, PTO, 401k, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision;

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on multiple screens/systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow-up calls with prospects.
• Gather pertinent information to offer quotes and explain products and the sales process.
• Verify accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation.
• Strive to achieve sales results while building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you’ll both Receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow up calls with prospects. Insurance Advisors gather pertinent information necessary to offer a quote while thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations regarding products and the sales process Insurance Advisors also verify the accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation received. And candidates with a track record for achieving sales result are ideal for this opportunity.
