Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior engineers as needed

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize the initial design approach for major project phases.
• Oversee engineering work on projects of limited scope with guidance from senior engineers.
• Exercise judgment in adapting standard techniques to project needs.
