ReDiscover is seeking a Licensed Program Manager to join our Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP).

ReDiscover has been a trusted non-profit community mental health center in southeastern Jackson County, Missouri for over 50 years, dedicated to providing efficient and cost-effective treatment. Our diverse team of over 700 employees is “Passionate About People”, supporting our community, especially those affected by mental illness or substance use.

WHAT WE DO

Our Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP) offers acute stabilization through intensive individual and group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic techniques. The program typically lasts 1-3 weeks, providing short-term outpatient day treatment with a team-centric approach.

Typical responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supervising department staff, conducting development meetings, and attending quarterly supervisor meetings.
  • Fostering a culture of coaching and professional growth, building trust within the team.
  • Creating a safe, creative therapeutic environment for clients to engage and interact.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and laws of the DEA, Department of Mental Health, and CARF accreditation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external sources to ensure high-quality, accessible services that achieve positive outcomes.
  • Providing feedback and reports to management and funding sources as appropriate.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining client information and documenting interactions in ReDiscover’s electronic medical record system.

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • A Master’s degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health, qualifying for licensure in Missouri.
  • Valid clinical license in Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP).
  • At least five (5) years of clinical experience providing direct services to adults and/or children in mental health settings.
  • At least three (3) years of supervisory and management experience with mid-level employees.
  • A valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance, and a reliable, registered vehicle for work purposes.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed.
  • Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a recovery-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills—written, oral, and interpersonal.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and G-Suite.
