Qualifications

• Full, active NC clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or equivalent).
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to children/adolescents, preferably in residential/group home settings.
• Strong clinical, leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention practices.

Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a fully Licensed Professional to provide clinical leadership and therapeutic support for youth at our new Greenville Group Home. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who wants to combine direct client care with program oversight.
